Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 days to let you know your order is on the way! 

LOCAL DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2-7 business days. 

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return within 10 days.  Please notify us at admin@justtravelingthru.com if you plan to return your item so that we can look for it. Return it to the address provided on your package.  We can give you the address once you contact us if you no longer have it.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@justtraveingthru.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
